YOGA In The City
Hi, I'm Veronica from Yoga in the City. I have been a practising yogi for over 35 years and I thank Richard Hittleman for starting me on the path. Knowing how well yoga has served me in every aspect of my life it was a natural progression for me to want to share yoga with others. I am registered by Yoga Alliance both as an Experienced Yoga Teacher E-RYT 200 hours, and RYT 500 hours.  I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist, certified by Integrative Yoga Therapy. I took my teacher training with Ananda yoga but offer a variety of hatha yoga in my classes.  I have studied various traditions including, Ashtanga yoga, Sampoorna yoga, Viniyoga, Kundalini yoga and Iyengar yoga and have attended workshops with T.G.V. Desikachar, Kartha Singh, Kurmukh and Yogi Hari, among others.  There are many ways to help achieve fitness and health but yoga also has the advantage of guiding us towards a more serene existence and can give a great deal of inner focus as well as greater body awareness. After all, the aim of yoga is to discover your true self. Yoga In The City is based in the heart of Europe in Brussels, Belgium in the European Quarter.
